No other return or exchange reasons are acceptedΒ (such as change of mind, dislike, size preference, etc.).

To be eligible for a return or exchange, customersΒ must provide a complete unboxing videoΒ of the package.
The video must clearly show:
- The parcel inΒ sealed condition
Full opening process
Clear proof ofΒ damage or wrong product
Without this video, return or exchange requests will not be accepted.

We initiate aΒ 100% refund within 24 hoursΒ of receiving the returned shipment.
Refund Method

Refund will be credited to your bank account withinΒ 5 to 7 days. -
Cash on Delivery Orders:
Share your bank account no., bank name, and IFSC code.
Refund will be processed viaΒ NEFT/IMPS within 2 to 5 days.
